Christine stood in front of a large floor to ceiling gold framed mirror in a gorgeous bridal suite. Her hair was pinned in loose curls and her make up was flawless. She had just put on her wedding gown with the help of her sister and Mother and as they were putting on the finishing touches, Christine was glowing. “Perfect” I could hear her say softly to herself.
And it was. Everything had come together as she had planned. All of the details she had worked on since their engagement. All of the meaningful events she had planned for the day. The sun was shining, her groom was next door, her bridal party was full of celebration. It was perfect.
Often times the whirlwind of a wedding day can bring along stress and anxiety, but Christine remained calm and poised and, perhaps most importantly, determined to take in every special moment of her “best day” and relish in the joy.
Christine and Mike, wishing you all of the love and happiness from this moment onwards. You two make a gorgeous couple and I’m excited to follow your love story.
